About the Founder
Milan Sipic is the founder of Base II, LLC. Milan is a veteran of the Army having served as a paratrooper and intelligence analyst. Milan has worked in law enforcement for nearly three decades as a patrolman, detective, motor officer, evidence technician, firearms and field force instructor, intelligence officer, and as a Mounted Patrolman. He was a counter-IED Investigator in Iraq specializing in battlefield forensics and built successful criminal cases against insurgents. Training has always been a passion and his time as an instructor to law enforcement and civilian security personnel led to training and lecturing overseas in the Middle East and Europe. Milan also teaches criminal justice and firearms certification courses at the collegiate level, bringing his decades of experience to those entering the law enforcement and security professions. Milan holds a BA in Political Science from DePaul University and a Master of Science in Threat and Response Management from the University of Chicago. He is a specialist in active shooter response technology and training.
